Dex Group is an established Promotional Product supplier servicing promotional distributors across Australia, New Zealand, and USA. We pride ourselves on quality customer service, speedy delivery, and high-quality products. We are currently looking to hire a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team based in Dandenong South, Melbourne.

Reporting directly to the office manager, the successful candidate will day-to-day work closely with our distributor clients, process orders, provide quotes and build business relationships between our clients and in-house production team. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively over the phone and through email to clients
• Communicate effectively with in-house production team
• Processing client orders and sample requests
• Processing product and shipping quotes and enquiries
• Building and managing business relationships with both clients and staff
• Collecting and providing feedback from clients to management
• Use initiative to find client-driven solutions
• Promoting new products and offering alternative suggestions to clients
• General data entry and other administrative duties

Ideal Candidate:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to details
• Excellent time management skills and ability to priorities tasks
• Capacity to meet strict deadlines
• Adaptable and flexible approach to work
• Ability to work both individually and as a team
• Experience in Microsoft Office (required)
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in MYOB software (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in similar customer service or administrative role is highly preferred
