Your Role

As our Customer Service Officer, your mission is to handle customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat. Get ready to dive into a world of creativity as you collaborate with our team to come up with out-of-the-box ideas. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their promotional needs and goals
• Generate unique and eye-catching product concepts and quotes that stand out from the crowd
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Keep up with the latest trends in the promotional industry and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Embrace teamwork and have a blast while creating memorable products for our clients

Requirements:

• A passion for all things promotional. If you get excited about cool giveaways and creative branding, we want you! Experience in the industry is not necessary however would be a great advantage. 
• A dash of creativity with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills. You’ll be working closely with clients, suppliers and our team, so being a great communicator is a must.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease. We’re a busy bunch, so strong organisational skills are key.
• Previous customer service experience.
