Account Manager

Robertson Marketing is a globally respected marketing company with key offices throughout the world and a presence in Australia. As demand continues to grow in APAC and Australia, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Australia Account Specialist to support and lead key client relationships across the region.

Role Overview:

Working directly with our global team to manage high-profile accounts in the Australia market. You’ll need to be confident handling client communications and driving projects forward, ensuring excellent service delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and managing key APAC accounts
  • Preparing and presenting marketing proposals and campaign materials
  • Sourcing
  • Leading client communications and managing expectations
  • Processing orders and overseeing logistics
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers
  • Managing the billing aspect of the sale with the support of the finance team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the promotional merchandise industry
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and industry standards
  • Understanding of product compliance
  • Strong understanding of online portals and web shops
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
